Church Home LIfeSpring received the Excellence In Action Award for the 12th Consecutive Year for Outstanding Resident/Employee Satisfaction
August 22, 2018—Perry, GA— The National Research Corporation (NRC) Health awards Church Home LifeSpring the Excellence In Action Award.
The Excellence in Action award recognizes the top 10% of providers for skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living communities that achieve the highest level of excellence in resident and/or employee satisfaction. Customer satisfaction level is determined by survey results from residence and/or employees. Church Home LifeSpring is honored to receive this award for the 12th consecutive year.
The NRC Health product database is the largest proprietary satisfaction database for senior care in the U.S. In order to be eligible for the Excellence in Action Award a facility must:
- Regularly survey residents, families of residents and staff using the My Inner View instrument
- Receive a minimum response rate of 30%
- Score in the top 10% of qualifying facilities on the question “What is your recommendation of this facility to others?” in terms of percentage of respondents rating the facility as “excellent”
