Grace Garden at LifeSpring Community offers Meaningful Memory Care in a home-like atmosphere that is designed to foster independence and well-being of our residents. Grace Garden provides an engaging environment and service plans unique to each individual, creating a safe and positive experience for each resident. Our memory care neighborhood is designed to enrich residents’ lives by promoting choice and evoking pleasant memories through familiar schedules and surroundings.

Our staff take part in Dementia Practitioner training, Connect Engagement Program training and Second Wind Dreams Virtual Dementia Tour training to help them better understand dementia and to better equip them to assist residents as they strive to maintain the highest quality of life possible.
