LifeSpring Community is a Nonprofit Organization

LifeSpring is recognized as a 501c3 by the Internal Revenue Service. The nonprofit is registered in the entity’s legal name – Church Home Rehabilitation and Healthcare. As a nonprofit, LifeSpring is entirely focused on serving our residents. Your tax-deductible contributions support the mission of LifeSpring to care for our seniors in middle Georgia. Donations help to supplement activities and programming for our residents and staff and enable LifeSpring to provide an engaging quality of life for the seniors who stay with us.
