85 Years of Care
The LifeSpring Community has a rich heritage of providing care for seniors in middle Georgia for over 85 years. Christ’s Sanctified Holy Church opened its Campground in 1939 in Houston County. One of the early commitments of the Campground was to provide care for the elderly. This ministry evolved into a licensed skilled nursing home in 1960 known as Church Home for the Aged. The name has also evolved over time as the facilities and services expanded. Today the campus is called the LifeSpring Community. The Community includes Church Home, for long-term care, Jacob’s House, for short-term rehabilitation, and Grace Garden, our newest addition, for meaningful memory care. Care in all services is open to anyone in the middle Georgia area.
