The Church Home LifeSpring community received recognition in The U.S. News which published its overall ratings to eligible nursing homes from High Performing to Poor. Church Home LifeSpring received a Better than Average rating. The rating evaluates the care of a wide range of conditions at a facility, including both long-term chronic care and shorter-term rehabilitation. The data used to evaluate these facilities come from the federal Nursing Home Compare program.
